Is the common belief true that "the younger you are, the stronger the cancer cells, leading to a higher risk of metastasis and recurrence"?

In this video, Professor Jung Min-sung of the Department of Breast and Endocrine Surgery discusses breast cancer 'subtypes'—which are crucial in determining prognosis—and the phenomenon of late recurrence. For triple-negative or HER2-positive breast cancers, the difference in prognosis based on age is relatively small at the same stage. However, for hormone receptor-positive (HER2-negative) breast cancer, younger patients are reported to have a relatively poorer prognosis because their active ovarian function can make hormone suppression more difficult.
