The risk level of prostate cancer varies entirely based on the 'Gleason Score,' which measures the malignancy of the cancer cells.

'High-grade prostate cancer' (a score of 8 or higher) is particularly aggressive, and in many cases, it has already progressed by the time of diagnosis.

In fact, 3 out of 10 patients in Korea have this high-grade cancer.
